Personally i dont think it is any pending announcement for this current rise. Rather it is people becoming aware of RAS. Market falling yet RAS been up. People realising that RAS is with, known reporting, worth in excess of 60-70 cents. If there is pending reporting causing the rise, then it would indicate positive news ie resources are similar to neighbouring holdings. If that is reported then $1-1.50 easy compared to comparable not wishful thinking. If positive news expect a big rush over next week. Not crossing fingers as RAS knows what its got.
