I know this out of left field but would it be in CXOs interest do a takeover of RAS to shore up reserves once the drilling results confirm the resources. CXO is more advanced and should be producing sooner. Having a back up resource or additional resources would make CXO another PLS. And best all in australia not subject to sovereign risk.
