What you need to understand here , as I have alluded to, is that our current management are extremely vulnerable to be thrown out.
Not saying that this is happening, BUT.... if anybody assembled an alternative management team with high experience as an alternative, the current management would have no choice but to fold. They have no voting power between them to speak of and a bunch of shareholders who if given a choice would do so in a flash... I don't even think they would contest ...
Now think about it..... a clean company with only 2 tenements..... and a heap of cash.... very very enticing to veterans out there who have probably not ever seen a company with a virtual clean sheet and heaps of cash... Management need to pull that rabbit out of the hat , and convert options, otherwise I really cannot see a bright future for them.. Management that is, not the company..... Can't be that hard to sell this idea to an already experienced alternative team
This is reality for management , and they know it . I would expect some activity in and around the next few weeks leading into the AGM
