IMO only..... Unless a the proverbial rabbit is pulled out of the hat , or at least a strong showing on direction and option conversions, I think that MAN is ripe for a new lot to overtake the reins... Cash at bank alone, with a virtual clean sheet !!!!. very enticing to veteran operators out there.....would not be hard to put together a new board if any large shareholder wished it.. In fact there wouldn't even be a vote IMO. Management don't have enough voting power to authorise a lunch at the local pub... What do you think may happen when faced with these circumstances????? As we all do, we wait and give the current management the opportunity to create something..
SB is right about one thing... MAN is at these prices an extraordinary opportunity, BUT I think it would only be recognised in the hands of proven and experienced management
