I thought better of you DOZ....
But having worked for a broker myself for many years:
1) Regulations prevent shorting a stock with a microcap market value;
2) That is not liquid....as in has meaningful transactions for a long time
3) The short position after deducting high fees.... is normally only wothwhile when taken in the order of about $250,000.
