ssm , if the resident downers truely believe that Norwood is at risk of being a “ going concern “ , or if the share price falls due to any of their negative propaganda agenda and claims , then your reasons for not shorting Norwood are once again easily dismissed .

Volumes / not relevant if the company ceases being in business .
Liquidity / not relevant if the company ceases being in business .
Volume and liquidity / not relevant if we see shareholders exiting upon a negative event .
Access to lenders / J P Morgan and BNP Paribas have ample shares at their disposal .

As you can see , they have no defence in this argument . It’s put up or shut up and so far we know precisely what they have chosen .
