As TEG Operations Pty Ltd is not a reporting entity, I do not believe the auditors would have actually been engaged to provide an audit on that company's books but as part of the audit of TEG (the consolidated entity) the flows of funds to TEG would have been reviewed given the amounts are material in nature.
