I think its mostly out of their hands. There isnt much else they can actively do. Some very stringent financial requirements have been set and a third party supplier with a team of specialists is working on satisfying them. I think QPM and KBR will have the jump globally on this tech afterwards and I can see some interesting collaborations down the line and technology deals for use of the process and the learnings.
