The report says DDD have a secured loan over the Cosmo Gold Ltd assets for $1,250,000.00. It could be difficult to sell those assets given some are still in dispute in the Wardens court.
If DDD spent so much on Cosmo, why don't they ever mention Cosmo Gold Ltd and the exploration results or is the expenditure purely rent and admin costs?
It looks like the DDD directors have taken out indemnity insurance during the reporting period.
