The loan only went up by $500k from what DDD was owed at the close of the IPO (which related to sale price and IPO costs).. I think they are just protecting their loan and making sure that Foley doesn't steal the tenement away. Foley lost the case so hopefully now he pays the damages and goes back to wherever he came from and we don't hear from him again.
