Just so I'm clear on this, AVL just announced the plant "is currently being built in Kwinana, Western Australia" while announcing a year ago "Managing Director, Vincent Algar said the ECI stage will incorporate analysis of the US Vanadium plant design including alignment with Australian standards, design layouts and EPC contract preparation".
However, we have heard nothing in-between these two announcements, despite them being over a year apart. Wow, could get interesting........
