From AVL announcement 11/8/21 “AVL SECURES VANADIUM ELECTROLYTE MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY” “AVL signs agreement with U.S. Vanadium LLC for high purity vanadium oxide supply and technology licence.”
Therefore electrolyte plant needs to be completed before ~11/8/23, for this agreement to continue.

Therefore electrolyte plant needs to be completed before ~31/3/24, for this condition to be met.
Current progress appears sufficient, but IMO announcement of the EPC contract finalisation, and its award would need to occur in the next few months to stay on track.

Ahhhh got ya. So I've just hired an architect to design a new place for me somewhere, but it's cool tonight when out to dinner with friends to say "I'm currently having a house built in ......"

Makes sense, and not stretching the truth at all "obviously". What if I can't raise the capital to build it? What if I'd have hired them over a year ago and still hadn't started anything?? But please, don't let me stop this ridiculous train of thought. No wonder we're in 2022 with nothing done having a register like this. Do some people actually think about what they write around here???
