I understand your concern. My comment re funding was in response to Bermuda007 as his hypothetical appeared to raise that as a concern.
The company has used the words "build"/"built" multiple times in reference to the electrolyte plant, and have also on multiple occasions indicated that their meaning of those words, included ECI Stage 1 activities which don't encompass construction. I can see that if someone was only aware of the statements containing the words "build"/"built" it could be misleading.
Deliberately misleading or not on AVL's part IDK. I am more interested in whether the plant can be funded and completed in the timeframes imposed by those other announcements.
IMO I don't expect we will see an update as such until EPC contract finalisation is completed, which would signal the end of Stage 1 and that Stage 2 could begin subject to award of that contract.
