lol, even MORE profitable? are you kidding me? base on the AVL BFS, CAPEX > NPV, payback period >7 years, IRR just above 20% and you are telling me base on these figures you think this project will be profitable? you have to be able to get finance to get the project rolling, and based on the CAPEX > NPV alone I don't think it will attract any financier to fund this project as I don't see any project that has CAPEX > NPV.
