Thanks @Superpaddy...as I understand the AVL ann 27/9/21 Primero will carry out stage 1, which is adjusting the USV plant design to Australian standards and EPC contract preparation. Also find a suitable site for the plant.
I could be wrong but I read this as planning and not construction. There is no news regarding stage 2 (EPC) that I can find, I assume Primero will carry out the EPC.
As I have said,if the plant is under construction (1st in Aust) why isn't AVL releasing progress news? AIMO.
