I note that the statement was authorised by SPINKS, who has a direct interest in FYI, with no caveat/disclosure, that he has a significant shareholding in that company.

Yes, I agree shorters and day traders all getting desperate with each Annie to push SP on any news. I note yesterday's stock movements was note based to EGR, but across the ASX in all my battery associated industry stocks.
