If the reason that a 25kt facility straight off the bat is being planned now (instead of a two-staged facility) because the demand from prospective customers is there for it, then do you@Topo seriously think Export Finance Australia are not going to embrace the expediency and simplification of the revised model? The only reason why EGR didn't receive a larger loan initially (like another co did that is miles behind in development) is because EGR already had 50% of the project funded.
