Thankyou for pointing to the paragraph. It will be interesting to see if they have any luck placing the shortfall shares. Otherwise the statements they've made are already all well known - basically that they havent raised the cash they hoped and that could affect their ability to continue operating. I'll be waiting with anticipation to see what the quarterly report brings.
