To be quite honest, I have been thinking
for a long time that Chris Kain is not the right person to be heading this company.

That size of salary and bonuses could attract a much better CEO in my opinion- one who is able to do more than blow smoke up the arse of shareholders.

I actually see zero reason to vote to re-elect any of the current directors, Neal Cross aside.

I would also fully endorse a change in managing director- this one has had long enough to turn things around and clearly has not got the skills to do it. In the years I have been holding, he has never held a shareholder Q & A, nor fronted any worthwhile interviews/ panels other that paid promotional garbage.
