I am not so sure of that Chris.

The management partner initiated the court case and are the plaintiffs. CGB was the defendant, and at least, in an observer's opinion, the company did give the market some indication in 2 notices to the market that there may be problems looming.

1. Post #:62423358 You mentioned the termination agreement itself, where the first indication there was a possible dispute looming on the 7th of July.

2. The plaintiff filed a claim on 08/07/22.



2. CGB mentioned it again as a note in the Preliminary Report on 01/09/22 that they were disputing work.
3. When CGB initiated the counterclaim, the Chairperson noted it, as you correctly mentioned on 03/10/22. I just thought that was the proper order of doing things without making too much of it.
