I note no Remuneration Consultants were paid this financial year. Who is deciding on these salaries and managing costs? The funny thing is that all the ZEPOs and options they have handed out to management are worth so little now. They were clever to grab so much cash when the share price was so high and take over other companies with the high price stock. I feel a little sorry for those company owners who have lost big time. A large cash capital rise will never be possible again after this debacle as there is no credibility in management. The auditors have done a good job of keeping the accounts credible. I do not expect there will be a smiling photo of the Chairman and CEO in next year's report after the cash has run out.
