    I think you're right and the board seems to think so too because they want to give Timmy 2.5m performance rights to motivate him under Resolution 4 at the AGM. I will be voting against it. Timmy already gets over $300k in salary and in my eyes I can't see the value add he brings apart from the bare minimum.
