So we raised at $1.28 for Teva deal and can cancel each share for almost a quarter or two fifths of that price. Share buy back for me as the buy back will mop up anyone on the register with little conviction.
$100M at an average price of 40cents will eliminate 250M shares of the register.
$150M will wipe of 375M shares of the register at an average price of 40cents.
So we raised at $1.28 for Teva deal and can cancel each share...
