That's exactly what RC, BM , SR will do sure to vote in favour of a special dividend grab what they can in the way of dividend then offload their entire holdings . If a massive dump were to eventuate thanks to these major holders share's will be impacted alright downward enough to likely obliterate any special dividend ordinary shareholders get including any holder intending to exit once div. paid might well find not so easy to exit without incurring a substantial loss.
