Like any organisation with a crooked or bad culture , once it is entrenched to clean up is nigh on impossible. It starts at the top . Temptation and laziness becomes rife. I hope the newly appointed Chairman has the best interest Of Company and shareholders first and foremost. I do notice he has previous association with Fauldings and he was CEO of company sold to Catalent. I also see there was a $9m fee paid in our Metrics sale. I would like to see more detail and should there have been any board or senior management receiving financial rewards by any association it should be disclosed. I not saying there has been any but full transparency is honestly respected . This is then reflected in SP. This company already has enough legal and public doubt without adding more.
