From memory the shares issued to Mithra were in the 50's cent mark?
If Mayne did a share buy back with some proceeds at less than this then the cancellation of shares on the register is very cost effective.
What price was the CR done for Teva deal? Again possibly well north of current price therefore share buyback to cancel the dilution from these raises at current price are a good option.
