    Original offtake, January 11 2021-

I found this interesting because both parties mid 2022 had clarified the price for the offtake 500-900, and even stated both parties need to agree to downstream processing, (which they are now shying away from...the rhetoric now is just when they build the refinery..)but they both DID NOT PURPOSELY, mention the timeframe conditions-BY AGREEMENT-JULY2023-JULY2024
GENERALLY, CONTRACTS WILL STATE A TIMEFRAME....

    My post 30/9/2022

    B) Both AGREE to a start date between July 2023 and July 2024. So, what if they don't agree and the date lapses beyond July 2024?
Is the offtake null and void.
BTW, PLL has a similar date range clause in their offtake to Tesla., July 2022- July 2023...very ambitious!
This date clause, is a favourite of the the PLL boys to use to get out of the sub par low ball...I mean way lower than ours, to Tesla...think around $500...

    My post 7th October-

All SYA's rhetoric, which has actually been backed up by action, is pointing to being on time.
    So, commissioning Q4 2022, SC6 production Q1 2023 and commercial sales, including to PLL Q1-Q2 2023.

The PLL COO keeps stating possible H1 2023 production, with commercial shipments H2 2023.......so there is a disconnect here...

From what I have seen, I am more inclined to believe our timeline, as the actions onsite at NAL seem to point to that.

Now, the original offtake DID have a timeframe in it. It has not been brought up since, and was very similar to the timeline conditions, struck between PLL and Tesla.

And that was 11 Jan 2021-

The Supply Agreement is conditional upon Piedmont and Sayona agreeing to a start date for spodumene
concentrate deliveries between July 2023 and July 2024,
based on the development schedules of both
    parties.

The interesting part is , the supply agreement has been clarified by..... by both parties
The downstream processing has bee clarified....by both parties

The DATE has never been mentioned again.....why???

So PLL may not receive their offtake sc6 until July 31st 2024...THAT SHOULD BE CLOSE TO THE TIME THE LCE PLANT COMES ONLINE FOR INITIAL TESTING...

In my opinion, PLL and SYA will come to an equitable solution which benefits BOTH parties

BTW, in retrospect, Patrick Brindle, the PLL COO did not stipulate in his latest interview with small caps that it was the PLLSC6 he was talking about when he mentioned revenue generation in H1 2023....just that WE would make commercial shipments of SC6 in H2 2023...WE....SYAQ...

However, he did mention, PLL and SYA are 100% in lock step with eachother....

So, it will be interesting to see how this plays out, but it certainly seems from the annual, it has swung back in Sayona'a favour....

    Good luck everyone.....
