With interest rates starting to normalise we no longer have a significant headwind. RMC currently running a very aggressive campaign for investor loans... Removal of the interest only loading. RMC hired a new Head of Lending last month. IMO Dividends increase significantly from here, unless they have alternative growth avenues requiring reinvestment. Next bull run will see $3+
