Seeing your going full disclosure, Can you confirm you only have 2 shares in CAY remaining?

Can you also disclose (Seeing your a man of your word) whether you have ever been paid in any way shape or form, or ever obtained a benefit (in options, shares or in cash) any payment at all from MYL?

Last Question: Have you ever asked any board member whether past or present, to receive a payment or attempted to receive a benefit from CAY? Prior to deciding to sell out?
