10mc - Because the loss was fully expected.
The vast component of the loss is the equity accounted loss at iM3NY with a big chunk of the balance being related to Nachu project costs. Nothing out of the ordinary here in having a plant under construction and also a mining project they are trying to get funded and then developed whilst still spending money on early works on that mining project.
