So if they have relinquished 50 percent of two tenements under the mining code- then they own 100 percent of the “ Monaro extension “ project “ that is 50 percent smaller - your saying -
as I said they should clarify that statement as it stands against the notes to the accounts - it’s not clear - avz should be clearer and precise - they call it the Monaro extension for goodness sake
as for dathcom not going to court - refer to last announcement in which avz ranted about boatman - in part of one response about boatman allegations that Avz tried to block sale of drc 15 percent twice to zjin - avz in some comical response didn’t deny it , instead they just drop a bombshell and said basically- oh no we asked a judge to deny a minute in dathcoms register- judge said no and in fact just asked for a share certificate be destroyed - seriously wt
avz own 100 percent of avzi- which claims to own 75 percent of dathcom- if Avz or Avzi isn’t a party to any action then if they are asking a judge to delete a minute which was denied then they must have been involved with the judiciary somewhere along the line as dathcom - you
respond to an allegation and say - oh no we asked for a minute to be deleted in the dethcom register - you have to have some standing to make a request like that
I cannot understand how something so major as asking a judge to delete a minute in a register of a company they claim to control was not announced to market as it happened - finding this out when they have implied all along they are in talks with drc to buy the same 15 percent is totally at odds with also asking a judge to delete a minute in their own books essentially and that it was denied-
Avz - owns 100 percent avzi which owns 75 percent of dathcom
disclosure and detail from Avz is super poor in relation to these issues
