Vague poorly written garbage copy and pasted from previous announcements. Nothing new to report? The last arbitration update from 09/09/22 stated there would be a case management conference in SEPTEMBER... we are in Mid October now FFS. Are they telling us the ICC told them September, but we have not heard from them since and nobody is answering the phone? Seriously how hard is it to tell us why we have not received an update when this was expected nearly 3 weeks ago? Unlikely to hear anything until 2023 now folks IMO. GLTAH.
