    I think in a proxy fight that STX and its allies would win .
    How many that post here would not embrace the present BOD getting dumped ?
    Bring on the EGM now !

    Even if the the present BOD won the vote it would precipitate necessary changes .
    It is terrible how some public companies are run just for the benefit of management .
    What have they done the last few years to justify their paychecks ?
