submissions in Q3 CY2022 which would enable Ministerial endorsement late in Q4. These approvals are on the Project’s critical path
and are required before financing and construction agreements can be finalised"

Aren't we already past Q3? which means EPA haven't made their decision, and this may then push back ministerial endorsement ? Which in-turn pushes back financing and construcion?

I guess that is out of their control???
