Tooter what I am talking about does not have anything to do with the STX SP .
The BOD do not control 50% of the SOI .
If a EGM was called to spill the present board and elect a new board the present directors might lose their jobs .
Even if they did get re elected it would precipitate changes.
The present board is clearly not earning their pay .
For a non operating business the management cost of the company is far too high .
DD is running the business as if it is his own Piggybank .

I know I would vote for change .
It is ridiculous that the head of the business does not live in WA.
