I hear the frustration from everyone, and those of us who hail from Petrel days (and didn't sell when we got to 42 cents) are possibly leading that angry charge. However, have a good look at STX, they are equally stalled. it is clear from the presentation that everyone is feeling the EPA pain, and all anyone can do is wait. Yes, there is money to be made... good money. But right now the next step is in the hands of the government and it is entirely possible that the government officials don't share our passion. It's been a wild ride with an extensive quiet period. Let's hope that things are about to change
