Could it be that the EPA application has been protracted due to the substantial clearing of native vegetation for the development area it encompasses.All this could be avoided if wgo agreed to move the gas plant down to strikes farm which is adjacent.If wgo agreed on this then probably this would allow accelerated growth,expand and optimise cost,carbon and cash flows??
