.......as the Columbians sit back with the fat cigars waiting to raise more cash to fund the lifestyle associated with this marketing dream machine.

Major Issue: Too many overpaid people running around with clipboards doing deals that fall over due to non-payment.

At some point, this organisation will have to have the razor gang take to it - hopefully before it is too late!

They have the opportunity to build a company but the management is sloppy.

The marketing is not being matched with focused, efficient, and tight management.
