Yeah, it really shits me when I see how much management is taking home in a company barely producing any income. There are CEO's in companies that are profitable and bigger that don't get paid anywhere near as much. It's a big red flag for me. They should be getting options at $10 in 2030 if they really think they can pull this off. But they don't want to put their money where their mouth is.
