its common enough where i"ve seen it before, case in point have a look at the ex CXO blokes, Greg english, Steve Biggins. Rob towner from TEG, now an ex there, so its sort of common but how common being the main driver at one place and on the board of another? not sure
these guys i quoted are doing similar but not sure if they are/were the main drivers, board directors tend to just be that, directors across a few.
am i being sympathetic? just want to make money.
