looking at the purchase dates and prices, it seems fairly clear this is a vote for liquidation/capital returns rather than to keep spending $$ or buy something new. as it stands today, I think clearly Meridian is now outnumbered by the rest of the active register (at least 30-35% actively calling for liquidation/cap returns vs Meridian at 20%).
this seems quite likely to turn into a formal liquidation in the next six months. upside to liquidation today is >50% gross.
