The market didn't instigate court action. You can't compare HCT and ZNO. Infection control is all ZNO had going for it. Its fate was decided by the market. HCT would probably be sitting around the 7c range even if infection control division was a complete fluff (which it was) due to the other products. However, it's sitting at 1/3 of it's pre pandemic value because it has a serious cloud hanging over it - prosecution by the regulator, and it has lost the trust of investors. Without trust and without new investors it will be very difficult to get this company back on its feet... no matter how they spin the story.

Yes, I agree. Let the courts decide. However, nobody knows which way that will go, and until then it remains a very unattractive option for new investors. Even Rothschild would not have touched it until the fate of the company was clear - a fate firmly in the hands of the court.
