No. The technical study was completed a few weeks ago but the more than 300 page document needed to be condensed for an ASX release and that has taken a few weeks so far. The ASX announcement should be out any day now and I'm guessing that since finishing the tech report, Stamicarbon has already begun work on the scoping study.
"The Technical Study results will form the basis for a Scoping Study to be undertaken immediately post completion of the Technical Study."
So we might already be around 2-3 weeks into the scoping study.
