Good question. his resume is pretty good.
he specialises in CR's for medical companies and has experience in getting at least 2 medical companies to takeover bids. he was also the sales VP for a company that was purchased by Boston for $26billion where his portfolio was responsible for at least a $1billion of yearly revenue. so, I say they is necessary
