Hmm Terra Firma accepting shares as partial payment for services is very different to them ponying up their own cash for an investment in the shares of the company.

Pretty poor form that the company has buried this on page 27 of their annual report and not seen fit to share it in the releases trumpeting "the investment."

On 8 June 2023 the Company entered into an engagement to contract agreement with Terra Firma Mining Ltd to manage the operationsof the bulk sampling program.
On 9 June a further 16,666,667 shares were issued to Coromandel Gold Ltd in relation to a subscription agreement that NTL entered intoon 8 June 2023 with Terra Firma Mining Ltd the Subscription agreement allows Terra Firma to obtain shares as partial remuneration of thecontracting agreement entered on 8 June 2023.
