Interesting to see that Lev keeps increasing his holding in TWD...

Interesting to see that Lev keeps increasing his holding in TWD :
- holding of 54.35 % (before Asti Vista acquisition mid 22),
- increased to 56.63 % after Asti Vista acquisition (all scrip takeover),
- to an holding of 57.52 % at 17/10/23.

The increase since Asti Vista acquisition is due to 3 elements :
- acquisition of 235,760 shares at 29/6/22 (at 2.66 $ per share), (off market trade)
- another 573,893 shares on 9/12/22, following the dividend reinvestment plan,
- purchase, on market, of 21,098 shares in October 23* (at 2.11 $).
I imagine that Lev will probably further increase his holding, by participating in the dividend reinvestment plan this year.

* unlike what I indicated above, the last time Lev bought more shares, was in June 22.
