Hence my continued belief that TWD is through an industry level two year turn around in results.
There is a massive undersupply of houses required, so the demand side will just keep building up.
Two years is a while to wait, but the reason I wait is I am reasonably confident in two years time as all the residential building issues fix themselves I will be collecting 21c - 30c FULLY FRANKED dividends per share. Thats a 10-15% fully franked yield.
By the time those dividends come to fruition the share price will be 50% higher.
So its a case of buy now and be patient.
