I said this when they announced the first dividend. Lev was going to recommend a dividend 3 x earnings. Gives you an insight into the decision making here.
people where shouting me down saying Lev is great, has so much experience. The share price was $3+ then.
they are better off doing a buyback not paying a dividend.
