please stop with the interest free loans.
they paid a dividend and raised money shortly after.
now a dividend again and more dilution at a sub 50 million market cap.
the company gave Acton almost a million $ to buy shares at 3% interest to buy shares. that's ridiculous

PS: I still believe there is value. but it won't be realized until there is a new CEO. the bar is not high. we just need one that can write

To much related party crap. Aren't they also doing business with Lev's sons company as well which also has no rev.

So many red flags but all ignored, bit annoyed, but didn't have a lot in this and exited today
