King River Resources Ltd (ASX: KRR) ("KRR" or "Company") advises it has now entered a Closed Period pursuant to the Company’s trading policy. Consequently, the Company will not undertake any KRR on- market share buy backs until the Closed Period ends, being 1 day after the release of the Company’s Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2023. The Company’s 2023 Annual Report is anticipated to be released on 15 September 2023.
They already explained why no shares have been bought back...
Annual report came out 18th September, so one would assume the buyback commenced on the 19th.
